- Wine vinegar-- 125 ml .
- Cinnamon-- 1/2 teaspoon .
- Ground cumin-- 1/2 teaspoon .

..PREPARATION OF PINEAPPLE DIP:

Step 1: Take a large sauce pan and add the sugar and vinegar to it, then heat it in a simmer flame, continue stirring it till the sugar gets dissolved.
.Step 2: Now add the pineapple to the pan and cook it till the pineapple gets softened.
.Step 3: Retain the juice of it in the pan setting aside the pineapple.
.Step 4: Then add the spices and, chili and ginger to the juice in the pan and allow the juice to get minimized in a simmer flame.
.Step 5: Finally pour the minimized syrup over the drained pineapple and refrigerate it for later use.
