The staff at the Ark Bar are nice and always helpful and there are security staff located in various places throughout the resort who keep an eye on the rooms to make sure nothing goes missing. Getting to the Ark Bar is not much of a hassle at all as it is located nice and close to Samui International Airport and it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the resort.
