To have a healthy way of life, we need proper rest, sufficient routine workout, and great deals of healthy food. I struck the fitness center every alternating day, doing weight lifting to build muscles, aerobics to build endurance and yoga to build versatility. The exact same idea applies to our eyes. We need the right type and amount of eye workouts to heal our eyes from everyday stress.

The very first workout will be the eye rotation technique. Roll your eye balls around the eyes in a clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. Look left and right, up and down, holding for a few seconds when you look in each of the directions. This will exercise the eye motion muscles in your eyes, releasing the stress in your eyes from looking at excessive TV or the computer display.

The second workout will be to use your ring finger to circle around your eyes in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. The ring finger will prevent extreme stress application on your delicate eye areas compared to the ring or the middle finger.

The final workout will be palming. Massage your palms together to produce heat, then put them over your eyes for a warm, soothing leisure.
